Know what you are buying, how it arrives and where to find it again.

Your digital purchase
SevSprig offers downloadable digital products. No physical goods are shipped. Before ordering, review the description, included files, format, required software, price and product-specific license. A cover is an illustration; only the items listed as included form part of the purchase.
Accounts and checkout
A verified SevSprig account is required to purchase. Sign in with email or an available Google sign-in option. Your registered email receives order notifications and links your purchases to My Library. Keep your account secure and do not share login credentials. Contact support before changing the purchase email if you need help retaining access.
Prices and payment
The final checkout amount and currency control the payment. Checkout currently uses Indonesian rupiah (IDR); other displayed currencies are estimates. Applicable charges must be shown before payment. Midtrans processes payments. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not represent real payments.
Delivery and repeat downloads
Files become available after payment is verified, and an order notification is sent to your registered email. My Library is the place to retrieve your purchases if email delivery is delayed. Purchase access has no scheduled expiry. Temporary download links may expire for security; generate a fresh link from My Library. Keep a local backup. Delisting a product from the shop does not by itself cancel an existing purchase.
If something goes wrong
Contact support if payment is confirmed but access is missing, a file is damaged, or the delivered product differs materially from its description. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy under the refund policy and applicable law. If we cannot restore access to an unavailable purchased file, we will discuss a replacement or refund; we will not treat an expired download link as an expired purchase.
Your rights and policy changes
The product license governs permitted use. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. New policy versions apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively reduce previously purchased license rights. Disputes can be raised with support and with the competent consumer authority or court available under applicable law.
