Purchase or download help
Check My Library while signed in with the verified email used for your purchase. Your confirmed purchases can be downloaded again without buying them a second time. If a download link has expired, start a new download from My Library.
What to include
For payment, file or refund enquiries, include your order reference, product title, account email and a short description of the issue. Screenshots of error messages help. Never send your password, verification codes, full card number or security code.
Privacy and licensing questions
You can also request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data, report copyright concerns, or ask whether your intended use is covered by a product’s license. We may ask for proportionate proof of account ownership before sharing or changing account information.
