A license to use

Buying a SevSprig product gives you the rights stated in its license, not ownership of its copyright. Unless the product expressly states otherwise, the license is non-exclusive, worldwide and without a fixed expiry, for the purchasing account holder. Rights depend on a valid purchase and compliance with the applicable license. Public-domain material and third-party rights are not converted into SevSprig-owned rights by inclusion in a product.

Personal use

Unless a product expressly grants commercial rights, you may download, back up, print and adapt it for your own non-commercial use. For example, you may fill in a planner for your own schedule or read a guide on your devices. You may not distribute the original or modified template to other people.

Products marked for commercial use

Commercial use is permitted only to the extent expressly described on the product page at purchase. “Commercial use” alone does not grant resale rights, private-label rights (PLR), master resale rights (MRR), team access or permission to distribute editable source files. Client work, merchandise, print-on-demand and templates for resale require an explicit grant covering that use. Ask before purchasing if the scope is unclear.

Sharing and resale

Do not resell, sublicense, give away or upload the original files or editable derivatives to shared libraries or marketplaces unless the product license expressly permits it. Do not share your account or download links, claim someone else’s work as your own, or use the material unlawfully. Personal backups and repeat downloads for your own licensed use are allowed.

Product-specific and third-party terms

Specific rights disclosed with a product at purchase take precedence over this general guide where they expressly differ. Fonts, photographs, software and other third-party assets may have separate terms; any required separate license or subscription should be disclosed before purchase. A later edit to a product listing must not remove rights already purchased.

Refunds and access

A refunded or reversed purchase may lose its associated access and license, except where applicable law or an agreed partial remedy provides otherwise. A refund of a duplicate charge does not cancel the license from the valid retained purchase. We will identify the affected purchase and explain any required cessation of use. Suspected misuse can be reviewed with support; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
